Dr. Park has served as a director since May 2005. Dr. Park served as a director of Rexahn from March 2001 to May 2005. She is the founder of Onnuri Health Group and has served as its Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors since 1992. She is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Onnuri Pharmacy Welfare Association since 1997. She had served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Rexgene Biotech from 2000 until 2002.
