During his tenure, revenues from these services grew over 100% year over year, making it one of the fastest growing portfolios within Rogers. Prior to Rogers, Robert was the founding Director of Venture Development with Exclamation from December 1999 to June 2002. In this role, he was charged with analyzing all potential investments' value propositions, their products' attractiveness in the marketplace and their likelihood of success. Robert also acted as interim management to several of Exclamation's partner companies, and was and was one of the original founders of Points International Ltd. – the world's leading reward-program management portal. Robert is currently CEO, CFO and a Director of Chrysalis VIII and Chrysalis CVII; President, CFO and Director of Chrysalis VI.
