Jay earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration of Technical Studies from Bellevue University’s College of Professional Studies, graduating summa cum laude. Additionally, Jay attended Iowa State University’s College of Engineering for Mechanical Engineering. He is active in Boy Scouts of America and the leadership of his church.
