As an experienced web offset pressman in the printing industry, I developed a skill-set and knowledge from years of operating various offset presses, working in pre-press, on heat-set presses, offset forms printing and newspaper presses. My focus is to keep the presses running, on deadline and anyall auxiliary equipment performing to standards. As a front-line CSR (customer service representative) at Site, I provided support for Site customers via helpdesk and Live-Chat, tested issues with DNS, cPanel, WHM, websites and more for customers, followed up with customer help desk issues to confirm issue had been corrected, saw to it that escalated issues were sent to the proper department for attention. I also have volunteered in various web host forums, such as InMotion Hosting, Midphase and Site, where I assisted customers and visitors with their web hosting issues.
