Dede Puryear lives. I have lived in this area all my life. I know this community very well. I have been on the PTA for years and 2 years Vice-President of the PTA. I have taught vacation bible school and Sunday school many times, always to children. I have said many times this job is ideal for my personality…I can meet new wonderful people and I love to negotiate on my clients behalf to get the best deal!I want my clients real estate experience to be a positive one so they will recommend me to all their friends and family. I am a true believer in the “Golden Rule”. Each buyer has special needs and desires. I will work to guide Buyers through the entire process and help them find just the right home within their "financial comfort zone." I do not believe in going above what you can afford and eating PB&J sandwiches every night.  I have found a love in foreclosures/REO properties.  I have recently joined a RE/MAX office in Birmingham.  I am now surrounded by several talented agents that share my love for REO properties.  We are in the process of building a team so we can handle a large workload and provide excellence service. I have achieved the Club of Excellence award for the past severl years in the Birmingham area, Multi-Million Dollar Producer, my Broker's license, WCR Women's Council of Realtors® and Centennial Committe for the B'ham Assoc of Realtors®, e-pro and ABR Designations, Birmingham Association of Realtors® MLS Committee for 2011-2013 and Vice Chair of Education of 2011.  With all of that said the best achievements I have are my two beautiful daughters!  They are both such blessings!!
