Daniel's first exposure to the entertainment industry came as a high school student interning with a prominent talent agency on Sunset Blvd in Hollywood. Later, he co-founded an event promotions company as a college freshman managing performers and promoters. Daniel graduated from the University of Florida in with a degree in public relations. As a senior, Daniel received "Member of the Year" honors for his work with PRSSA as national conference logistics director. Daniel next worked as a marketing manager for large marketing campaigns including Verizon Wireless' NFL Fan Zone and Vitaminwater's GTV Program. Daniel executed marketing campaigns for several large events including the NFL Super Bowl, NBA Finals and MLB World Series. In , Daniel received a merit scholarship to attend Arizona Summit Law School. In , Daniel was accepted to Southwestern Law Schools Beidermen Institute of Entertainment and Media Law where he completed course work in copyright and publicity law. Daniel also served as the VP of Entertainment for his law school's Sports and Entertainment Law Society. Daniel was elected the dean of his law fraternity in and was awarded "Regional Dean of the Year," "New Chapter of the Year," and "National Chapter of the Year" for his efforts with Delta Theta Phi. Additionally, Daniel served on the SBAs appropriations committee and the Intellectual Property Law Society while in law school. For his doctoral thesis, Daniel wrote about the legal battle between Viacom and YouTube over a safe-harbor provision in the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Daniel is currently works for an entertainment and sports law firm in Orlando, Florida. Daniel is licensed to practice law in California and his Florida bar license is currently pending before the Florida Board of Bar Examiners. Daniel is also involved in lobbying the state capitol to re-institute certain legislative incentives aimed at growing Floridas entertainment industry.
