After ten years working in the administration, box office and road crew sides of the live entertainment industry, I made the leap to the online world in and joined the small crew that launched a new website called Ticketmaster.com. From there, I founded and launched LiveDaily.com, which lived under the TicketmasterLive Nation umbrella for years. For a few years in the late 's and early 's, I headed up a product team at Citysearch that developed and launched the company's user profiles and reviews product.
