Wireless career began as a sales consultant while attending the Fisher School of Business at The Ohio State University. Instantly a top performer, quickly was promoted into management with RadioShack, responsible first for a 5 store territory in Indianapolis. Rapidly promoted to a District Manager in Michigan and then again just 8 months later to the Chicago district. In 2007, my wife, Lindsay, and I moved our family back to central Ohio and left RadioShack for an opportunity as a Business Sales Manager with Verizon Wireless. Led a team of business sales representatives calling on Major Accounts (500+ employees), once again, my team produced instant results second to none in the area. With another sales team built and on auto-pilot, I left Verizon Wireless and accepted an executive role with a Verizon Wireless Retailer in Columbus. As a Director of Development, built a business sales division. Improved the company's entire infrastructure, from employee handbook to new hire training to opening growth markets. In November of 2008, we moved to southern Indiana to start HSL. We acquired 3 Verizon locations from another retailer and immediately converted them to Wireless Zones. We opened 6 more locations in the next 9 months and 10 more in just over the next 2 years. We now operate 13 locations in 4 states and employing over 50 team members.
