I recently moved back to Portland, Oregon after 3+ years in Portland, Maine. (I guess I love my Portlands) I'm sincere, outgoing, considered pretty funny by most (at the risk of shameless self-promotion) and generally full of positive energy (glass is always half full). I believe that you have to be able to laugh about almost anything life throws at you. As far as I know, we only get one shot at this, so don't waste your time focusing on negative emotions and obsessing on regrets and past events. Learn from your experiences and move forward. Life is to be lived. I have really re-connected with Maine and have been doing alot of hiking, biking and outdoor stuff. My friendships are very important to me. Back in Oregon I dated casually quite a bit, and have been accused (from time to time) of not being very relationship oriented. I am a romantic guy though. I'm never particularly concerned with being in a relationship, but when I meet someone and the chemistry is there, I'm not afraid to follow my heart. I lack the ability to get embarrassed about anything (except rudeness to service industry staff) and am quite shameless.
