Fine Art Finger Painting American Artist My artwork has been described predominantly as colorful, lively, rich with symbolism and texture. I use layers of translucent and opaque colors. I strive to intermix styles in a thoughtful yet try to be playful way. Many are drawn into my paintings by the rich texture due to my painting process of applying the paint directly with my fingers. The paint is like an extension of myself allowing me to be in moment. I try my best to let go allowing the moment to happen and trusts the end result will benefit from this creative freedom. I can explore new approaches and grow knowing my method of using my hands as direct on as possible and safe. Call it Finger Painter or "Doigt peintre - Artiste". My artworks can incorporate a bit of expressionism, impressionism, pointillism, abstract, symbolism, recycled materials such as shopping bags, found objects and tumbled crystal stones.
