Since 1994 I have worked in the field of information technology (computers, software, hardware, helpdesk), software training, project manage, network administration, and various environments. After working with Intel, Uni Boring (automotive industry), Nu Skin Enterprises(Network Marketing Marketing Industry), CousinIT, Consulting other IT Companies, and recently Simplifile, a new industry of e-recording legal documents with the recording jurisdictions. Through these years of experience I was able to learn from working with small and large organizations of 5, 19, 200, 600, 1,400, and 70,000 employees. Each company is different, and all have their politics. What it usually comes down to is the department in which you work and the true character of each company owner. Here at Simplifile we have great departments all around and the owners are both passionate about the company, our products, our services, and the employees. And yes, work is still just this place I go circa forty hours per week when I am not at home being a husband and dad. Nevertheless, the over 2080 hours per year should be at least somewhat enjoyable, give experiences to build one's character, provides earning potential, and learning opportunities.
