My passion is HR. I enjoy all areas and have strategic experience in each. I began my career at Rosetta Stone in a generalist capacity and overtime specialized in employment development. I later moved into a role within the business (Travel and Services Manager) to manage my own team and strengthen my ability to partner with the business by enhancing my organizational view. I then moved back into HR in a Talent Acquisition Manager position at SNL to further progress my HR career. My strength lies in building relationships, both with employees and management, on a global level in order to position myself as a consultant to the business. My current position with SNL Financial has allowed me to obtain management experience within an HR setting and gain more exposure to the talent acquisition side of the house. I love working at SNL due to our culture which highlights top performance, while also being casual enough to afford me the luxury of wearing flip flops in the summertime.
