I've owned computer consulting businesses as well as a computer shop.  I was a CTO of a major Internet start-up.  I was a technical writer for Microsoft (KB, Business).  I've been social networking since 1989.  SPACE WEATHER I am also a heliophile. That simply means that I study space weather and the Sun. I count sunspots, X-ray flares, and other space weather phenomenon. I have been enjoying the radio hobby, however, since the early 1970s. I enjoy many aspects of the radio communications hobby, including Morse code operation using a mode called, CW, and, I like using digital modes like JT65A and Olivia. FINAL WORD OF WARNING I find the most interesting response on Google+ that I've not found elsewhere on other social networks, nor on any other BBS or other interactive social media that I've ever been involved with since the early 1990s. There are a very limited number of very thin-skinned Amateur Radio operators who take offense with other Amateur Radio operators (and they will probably take offense with the fact that I capitalized "Amateur" and "Radio" here, as well) simply for posting non-technical, non-radio-related 'messages' on the public stream. Look, I cannot second-guess what topics you have classified me under, nor do I have control under which topic I can file my post under, in YOUR stream. Google+ does not allow me to pick from YOUR Circle filters. I cannot possibly figure out how to take my general topics and limit them to the specific people out of the hundreds and hundreds of people that are in my circles. I just have not had the time, energy, insight, magic to figure out each and every person's personal interests, likes, dislikes, preferences, or whatever. Sorry, but, grow some thicker skin, and just skip over what you don't like, and deal with a little bit. It is not like I post excessively. I go days without posting. Get over yourselves.
