Born in France, Ive studied Physics at University before giving up and switching by passion to Computer Programming. In the last ten years I took part in two important projects for European Commission Enterprise and Industry Directorate-General - TRIS (Technical Regulations Information System), an IT system supporting the EC directive in the field of EU internal market. - TBT (Technical Barriers to Trade), an IT system supporting the WTO-TBT agreement the field of international trade. Those two projects, build around several applications used by the European Commission services but also the EU Member States, have important legal and multilingual aspects which make them very sensitive. My key strengths include - a very strong technical background in web technologies (Rich Internet Application, Adobe Flex and ColdFusion). - capacity to explain and present technical topics to a non-technical audience. - effective communication, presentation and training skills. - ease to work in multicultural and multilingual environments. - always eager to learn and face new challenges.
