To ensure the destination authenticity a look up may be created. The look up will interface with and verify the destination of a scan. Once the location is confirmed, the software will populate the name of the scan and OCR the document. If an editable format is desired it will open with, word or excel. Typically, the information is the only thing needed and for future queries, all information will be identified on the document and tagged for later retrival.
