Charles is the owner of a boutique direct marketing firm, where he helps entrepreneurs and small businesses with their marketing. This includes things such as direct mail campaigns, database marketing, online marketing, social media, mobile marketing, etc. Moreover, he is a contributing author to Contemporary Direct Interactive Marketing, e, co-authored by Lisa Spiller and Martin Baier, published by Pearson Prentice Hall.
