I'm sure that for some, the marriage of snowboard instruction and real estate seems a bit strange. In reality, it's a great fit. I get to teach people what I love to do in the winter and I get to help people find a home in a place I love. I have been teaching snowboarding at Steamboat since . Since then I have gone on to become a trainer at Steamboat. I have many clients in, but not limited to, areas of my specialties children and adaptive. In real estate, I have my e-Pro and I'm extremely fortunate to work with my wife, Diane, as the James Team at Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties. We utilize the most innovative methods to market the properties we list most effectively. Diane and I are hands on and service oriented with our buyers from the moment of first contact through the closing of their purchase and into the future for any further real estate needs.
