I'm Chris Allen and I work for NBC Action News in Kansas City. I help report the breaking news, write stories for the web as well as write/edit for our 5pm, 6pm and 10pm Shows...As a side-job, I recently became the station's Movie Critic. I'm on Kansas City's NBC station Friday and Saturday mornings. I write the reviews and previews of the upcoming movie releases on our website. During High School football season I help Lance Veeser produce the High School Football Show Friday nights at 10pm. I'm also helping with our 4-day Big 12 Basketball Special LIVE at the Kansas City Power & Light District in March.I graduated from the University of Kansas in 2010 with a degree in Film and Media Studies. I am a proud member of the Kansas Alumni Association. Every since I was little, I have been very passionate about sports and the Television industry.
