Bill Salisbury started 360View.com in 1996 providing fully immersive VR panoramas and object vr's in San Diego California, the US and internationally. He was born in Salt Lake City, Utah then moved to Phoenix, Arizona. where he graduated Devry University with a degree in Electronics and Computer Science. He moved to San Diego Ca. in 1981 after graduation, and commenced a 12-year career with medical diagnostics computer manufacturing companies. He was promoted from an electronics test tech to lead supervisor overseeing the daily activities of 12 test technicians at National Advanced Systems and he worked as a systems integration technician at BTi, manufacturing, testing and troubleshooting $2 million Neuromagnetometers.
