I am an accomplished and highly-motivated administrative professional with nearly years of experience in higher education at a large regional university, and nearly years of management experience in various fields. In my work at East Tennessee State University, I have a proven record of building and maintaining a more streamlined Advancement Services unit, supporting our Development Officers in their fundraising efforts. I also assisted the director by increasing the quality and efficiency of the services we offered to both internal and external customers. In addition, I helped build many processes and procedures from the ground up, including the assimilation of other university departments and integrating their operations into our own. As a data custodian for alumni and donor records, I gained expertise as an SQL Report Writer, utilizing current database and reporting technologies to provide exceptional products to our own staff, as well as departments throughout the university. I have also been privileged to pursue my other great passion in life by serving as Associate Pastor for a new church in Elizabethton, Tennessee called "The Gathering." I have had wonderful experiences as a servant-leader, helping to build a great team to face the challenges of church planting.
