I love food...no, I love DEE-LICIOUS HEALTHY FOOD. I want to feel the prana, the life energy, in every bite of life. I must be one of the luckiest people to be in love with my job, teaching yoga and supporting and guiding others in their quest for personal vibrancy and health. Outside of teaching yoga, as a Holistic Health Practitioner and Nutrition Consultant I lead presentations on Ayurveda (ancient system of Indian Medicine), detoxes, and lectures on the healing and energizing powers of healthy eating. I take as many classes as i can to continually thrive, fulfill my endless quest for knowledge, and offer you more I was certified in raw foods in through Alisa Cohen and I continue to take a variety of classes in nutrition, herbs, and alternative health modalities at the Natural Healing Institute where I studied Massage Therapy. Overall, I'm not seeking enlightenment...just looking to keep it real and be happy, healthy and vibrant, and enlivened by life, my friends and loved ones, and all who continue to inspire and amaze me.
