My major concentration is advertising, and I’m also pursuing a minor in business administration. I gravitate towards account management because of my ability to relate and effectively communicate with a diverse range of personalities.. Setting short term goals requires a true understanding of my current situation, as well as a vision of where I want to go. Because I am an advertising student with drive and motivation, in the short-term, which I will define as the next three years, I want to be working for a forward-thinking, progressive advertising agency in the account services department. My effective communication skills and management/sales experience have prepared me well. In the long-term, let’s say 10-15 years, I see myself in an executive leadership role. My goal is to be an SVP of an account at an agency that sees the big picture - one that isn’t afraid of taking a few risks, but at the same time has a track record of making sound business decisions.
