I am a stay at home mother of two wonderful boys, Owen (05/22/03) and Adam (02/02/05). I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease by blood test on 04/11/07. This means that my body cannot tolerate gluten- which is a protein in wheat, rye, barley, & their byproducts. As of 04/19/07, I have been changing my lifestyle to fit my new gluten free diet.
