I am a social recruiting and project management professional with years of Human Resources leadership experience. My strength is in creating structure where none exists. I have a proven ability to manage and influence change, and achieve results through the development and delivery of knowledge-based solutions that create an environment for collaborative knowledge sharing. Most recently, I launched and determined the strategic direction for Citis social recruitment presence across multiple platforms in North America (NA). I focused on growing our social presence by mentoring recruiting professionals in the many ways to effectively use social media to engage online, build relationships, attract high quality talent, increase sourcing opportunities, create a pipeline of potential candidates, and improve the overall candidate experience.
