I am the proud owner of a brand new fitness training company,Art of Health & Fitness, LLC. Our company is located in Edison, NJ and serves the Middlesex and the Somerset County area. Our clients range in age from 18 to 75. We offer nutritional advice,custom workout plans, and weight loss strategies for our clients. We have instructional sessions for people who want to master the mechanics of strength training, learn something new, or learn the art of working out..Those sessions are designed to help the client be more confident in a gym setting and help to prevent injuries caused by poor technique and poor body mechanics. We also teach cardio kickboxing and boxing for an excellent calorie burning and fun workout.,We specialize in each client's individual attention.You the client are number one in our company!
