My professional experience includes more than 16 years of application development as a Software Engineer. I design and implement enterprise software solutions, and lead software research and development teams. I have worked on small and large scale projects in the telecommunications, defense, software, and hardware industries. My particular interests are mobile and rich internet applications, interactive graphic user interfaces, and distributed system architectures using current and emerging technologies. I earned my M.S. in Computer Science at the University of Colorado, Boulder, and my B.S. in Computer Engineering at Universidad de Puerto Rico, Recinto de Mayagüez.
