Designer MarketerStrategist Trained as an architectural designer, with a degree in architecture (B.A. in Architectural Studies) a background in Business Administration Real Estate (M.S in Real Estate) and a M.B.A. with a focus in marketing, L. David Stewart is the consummate strategist. With a diverse background in architecture marketing, he has worked on a gamut of projects including creating the Schematic Design for the Alpha Academy in Croix-Des-Bouquet Haiti, doing site assessment creating floor-plans. From a project management aspect, he created the preliminary budget timeline of creation and coordinated other faculties within the fraternity (Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Incorporated) to assist in the long-term branding of the fraternity within Haiti. In regards to Strategic Planning and Design, he facilitated a Strategic Planning Retreat for the Carbondale Park District in to help them analyze their economic environment helped create their Strategic Planning document to optimize their efficiency assisted in developing strategies to raise awareness of the Carbondale Park District to neighboring residents and constructed a few revenue generating ideas that would assist with their overall budgetary needs. Self-taught in various aspects of Communicative Design (Graphic Design, Copy Social Media) he has learned to articulate strategy, vision mission through various digital mediums as well as through words to create brand architecture to a target audience for results as desired, demonstrated with his consultancy of Design AnalySynth and KNOWPE CounterBranding Bureau He understands critical aspects of business marketing from a traditional MBA perspective but can apply creative thought process to devise solutions in ways most MBA minded individuals cant because of his creative background.
