I am a baker of Traditional European Sourdough bread amp Authentic Jewish Bagels and Bialys. I use an Alan Scott designed wood fired oven to bake my breads.My husband and I moved from New Jersey and rebuilt the BakeHouse and our Alan Scott oven in Las Cruces, New Mexico. We do business at the Las Cruces Farmers# amp Crafters# Market every Saturday.
