Every day, we spend an increasing amount of time looking at our smartphones, viewing the web on mobile tablets, and watching online videos. But the bulk of advertising dollars still go to traditional channels like print and traditional TV. The spend is slowly starting to shift, but is still very misaligned. My goal at Datalogix is to help brands feel confident advertising in these emerging channels - by finding their target audience and verifying these campaigns drove higher in-store sales. It's science meets Madison Avenue. The future of advertising looks very different than today - and I love tackling the business and technological challenges that are shaping it. Previously, I developed the mobile privacy group at TRUSTe, where we set the standard for data controls and privacy practices for the mobile ecosystem.
