Currently in my second year at UBC Sauder School of Business where I intend to specialize in marketing. Before attending Sauder, I worked for months as Head Chef of the pizza kitchen at Tuscany Restaurant. In this position, I was one of three managing employees responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant. Through this experience I developed valuable organization, time-management and team collaboration skills. While working at Tuscany Restaurant, I developed a strong interest in the field of design and entrepreneurship. It was a difficult decision but I decided to return to school at the Sauder School of Business. In my first year at Sauder, I discovered the digital marketing industry. I have long been passionate about technology with a specific interest in web development. Digital marketing appeared to combine my interest in design with my passion for technology. Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) with knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SEO best practices acquired through a passion for web-related technology.
