As Managing Director of Adolph Kiefer and Associates, Inc, my duties encompass the general operation of the company. However, my background is technology and I am particularly interested in applying technological solutions to business processes and procedures. Kiefer is a multi-channel merchant with catalog, internet and retail store channels. Making these channels work together efficiently and effectively is my overall goal. Building a brand that leverages the strengths of these channels together is a challenge. As an aging techno-geek, I have found a great fascination with social networking and other so-called Web 2.0 applications.
