As an adjunct professor of management in the MBA program of a small college, I teach the core management course, the not-for-profit management course, and the human resources management course. I am also a certified leadership coach and am currently coaching several leaders in the nonprofit sector. My focus is helping improve the health of organizations, especially nonprofits, through developing healthy, thriving and effective leaders, developing effective leadership teams, and developing a healthy organizational culture.
