I work to empower changemakers in Sweden and around the world to create new futures. In my current role with Reach for Change, I have the privilege of running our incubator program, working directly with great social entrepreneurs to help them scale their organization and their impact. Before joining Reach for Change in late , I co-founded, co-managed and now advise the crowdfunding site StartSomeGood.com, which has supported the launch of over social ventures and has raised over million USD million SEK for social change projects. Ive spoken to groups about social entrepreneurship (one of my very favorite things to do) in venues small and large around the world and have written on social innovation for The Guardian and US News. In addition to my passion for entrepreneurship and empowering others to discover their inner changemaker, Im a travel writer and photographer. Some of my travel adventures have been published on the Huffington Post, Lonely Planet and Shutterbug. Prior to StartSomeGood, I hosted a podcast for Ashoka and conducted research on the intersection of new media and politics. I graduated with a B.A. in Geography and Political Science from UCLA and a Master of Public Policy from Georgetown University. Im a Silicon Valley native currently living in Stockholm where I co-lead Swedens Sandbox Network hub. I can be found in search of a citys best burrito, cheering on my UCLA Bruins or exploring new places, camera in hand.
