* Twelve years with IBM in marketing management working with financial services clients, counting beans in the regional headquarters, and building and managing marketing teams as a line manager in new organizations within the corporation. * Family-balancing years as a volunteer community organizer and partner in e-waste firm - before it was called e-waste. * Non-traditional MBA graduate (had third child mid-semester), I joined the marketing faculty at Boston College as a lecturer. * I have taught Marketing Principles, Marketing Strategy, Global Marketing Management, Product Development, Professional Selling and Sales Management, and IMC Campaign Planning. * I've written and published several marketing strategy cases. * Connecting the dots backward led to a position as director of a graduate program in integrated marketing communications, with responsibility for strategic direction, marketing, admissions, operations, and teaching. * Presently I serve as Associate Chair of the marketing communications department working on curriculum design and implementation, faculty development, strategic planning, and operational process improvement.
