So here goes () My work focuses on best practices and technologies related to investment client communications. Under that cover, I can generally geek out on the operational, strategic, and technical nuances of institutional client reporting, pitchbook production, adminFA platforms, workflow processing, as well as internal and external information servicingself-servicing portals. On a daily basis, you can find me learning and qualifying topics such as datacontent aggregation, automation intelligence, and client servicing models - all stemming from a proprietary approach to what is interactive and responsive content strategy. Varden was established in by investment technologists who were founding contributors to a few of buy-side's core systems. That same year, only a few days apart from Varden's incorporation, I went to the opening of Office Space (yes, the movie). As head of relationships, I participate in product positioning, due diligence, and RM. My mandate is to share and qualify what we know and think we know. A personal dimension to my work is my love for art and web application development. As a former BC product nerd, discussing throughput, concurrency, and data shaping are as technically enjoyable for me as business-driven discussions on content design, process recon, and risk reduction.
