Claude holds a Ph. D. in Educational Technology and has over years experience in the field of education, training, communication, media production, public relations and in the implementation of cutting edge technology. He is currently a Professor in department of Educational Technology of Concordia University. Claude has also held senior management roles (Director, VP and Chief Learning Officer) in large organizations like BigKnowledge, Telus, Hydro-Qubec and Pratt Whitney Canada. He was the Programme Manager with ICAO's (www.icao.org) and ACI's (Airport Council international www.aci.aero) where he developped and managed the first global accreditation management program for airport managers (www.iap.aero). In addition, he has managed more than one hundred multimedia and trainingeducation projects and has implemented communication and training technologies solutions in over thirty large organizations.
