My Mission is to bring joy and humanity to business. As a Master Certified Coach and CEO, I work with executives, managers, business owners, attorney's and doctors. I speak with folks all over the world as we coach by telephone, as well as in person. Many coaches work exclusively on a linear level, and the results may not be long lasting. I shift people's perspective and interpretations which provides high impact results on multiple levels. I am also an adjunct professor at Nova Southeast University and the University of TexasDallas, where I teach Coaching Skills for Managers and Emotional Intelligence in the workplace- with a coach approach.
