After graduating Texas A&M I taught high school for 5 years. I started real estate in 1985 in New York, on Long Island. My family moved to California in 1990 where I started doing financing. After 8 years of the lending industry I went to work for Kaufman and Broad, a new home builder. When my subdivision was complete I worked for Coldwell banker and was awarded Rookie of the year. The opportunity to work a new home subdivision close to home need someone with real estate and financing experience. I accepted the position and closed 44 new homes. Remax was my next company where I was one of their top producers. When they left the area I joined Exit Realty Keystone and am presently still there. My goals are to facilate real estate transaction to the benifit of all involved. To make the transaction as seemless as is possible and to create lifetime relationships with the people I work with. I want my clients to be raving fans of my Service, Expertise and Professionalism. Specialties I specialize in Residential properties. I am certified to do Short Sales and REO's.
