Tyler Courtney is an associate vice president with UGL Services’ Atlanta office. Mr. Courtney specializes in providing brokerage services to local, regional, and national companies to satisfy their office and industrial real estate requirements. His primary responsibilities include developing, managing and servicing national and local corporate accounts. Mr. Courtney is responsible for the management of portfolio clients including performing client strategy, market analysis, financial analysis, lease negotiations, and the disposition of excess space. Mr. Courtney has established and maintained excellent relationships in Atlanta as well as numerous other national markets enabling him to serve clients with local, regional, or national needs. Mr. Courtney began his real estate career in Telluride, Colorado, where he was involved in the construction, development, and brokerage of luxury real estate. Prior to joining UGL Equis, he was with GVA Advantis, specializing in transaction management and property consulting for clients throughout North America. Mr. Courtney is actively involved in the Atlanta community, serving as a steering member on the Shepherd Center’s Junior Committee and volunteering at the Atlanta Ronald McDonald House. He also remains active with various Duke University organizations, providing career counseling, assisting with the Annual Fund and administering admissions interviews.
