I am an experienced IT Project Manager, a focused communicator and Information Technology Professional. With over years of IT Experience, I have a broad background and experience level to choose from, dealing primarily with IT Data Center Facilities and Infrastructure Management. However, with a BA degree in Speech Communications, along with work experience from MCI Telecommunications, AIG, Hitachi America LTD., and KPMG, I have performed everything from customer service to technical training, supervision to management, and provided desktopLAN support to both small and large offices at small companies and Fortune companies. I recently provided project management for a large Storage Area Network (SAN) migration at IBM for the Walt Disney Company. In other work experience, I was directly responsible for managing the physical layers of KPMG's data center, commissioning new racks, cabinets, power and networking within the site, and project managing the changes to the data center infrastructure. My key strengths include effective communication, a proactive approach to problem solving, an attention to detail, the ability to learn quickly, and the capacity to manage, coach, develop and lead team members.
