I have a diverse background of HR experience, including all areas of payroll, time and attendance systems, problem solving, and expertise in motivation. My Masters degree has given me extensive background in leadership skills applicable to a for-profit and non-profit setting. In the short-term, my goals are to learn more of the major skill sets in Human Resources including, but not limited to Employee Relations, Succession Planning, Compensation, and Global HR. I hope to accomplish this by reaching out to new people in these areas, that I may or may not know already to seek a better understanding of what they do. In the long-term, I hope to be a leader in HR in the next years. I plan to keep "sharpening the saw," and keep seeking new challenges and opportunties to learn new things. Using my aquired skill sets, I hope to gain the opportunity to lead and movitate the great people building the world's greatest travel opportunites.
