I am the metrics engineering manager at Mozilla where I oversee a global team of metrics engineers focused on analyzing data and sharing insights about Firefox and other Mozilla products. I have been with the Mozilla project since March 2008 and joined as the very first metrics engineer. I started out by designing and building out Mozilla's large data systems. I also designed the open source based ETL systems that collect and process large scale data from Mozilla's global datacenters into our data warehouses and Hadoop clusters. I love to architect and explore ways to process, analyze, and share data from large data sets.
