Prior to launching LEGACY Sustainability Management, Sherman successfully supported event operations for over 120+ tradeshows, conventions, meetings and sporting events throughout the country. Sherman is also co-founder of the HIP Network (Hospitality Industry Professionals Network), one of the nation’s fastest-growing network of meeting, event and hospitality professionals within the United States. Sherman is an active member of ASAE, USGBC, GMIC, PCMA, IAEE, MPI, HIP Network and currently serves on the ASAE Industry Partner Alliance (IPA), PCMA Corporate Social Responsibility Task Force, Destination DC Membership Advisory Panel and National Cherry Blossom Festival Board of Directors.
