I am an improver. I have improved the quality and employee performance of each organization I have managed. I have done this by being an organized, detail oriented, accessible, adaptable manager with strong skills in employee relations, communications, problem solving, multi-tasking, and training. I thrive in challenging environments with little or no supervision to exceed management expectations. I have replaced a deceased manager on short notice and a terminated one and in both instances have not only continued quality service but have improved employee quality by better hiring, training, and response to outstanding employee issues.
