His experience with business finance, operations management, and corporate law strategy allows him to balance creative solutions with practical results. David's experience includes commercial and project finance, venture capital, tax-credit financing, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. He has worked extensively with business accelerators, banks and financial institutions, community development corporations, startup companies, and federal and state regulators. David has presented on mortgage securitization, residential lending, and corporate structures. He has authored works on micro-financing and small dollar loans, community development financial institutions, overdraft services, and the Community Reinvestment Act. David is licensed to practice law in the state of Ohio. He received his law degree, cum laude, from Cleveland State University and holds a bachelor of business administration, magna cum laude, from Kent State University.
