Sherpa Software I have worked for Sherpa Software since September of , in various roles. Being part of the company from day and a member of the Management Team has allowed me to gain valuable insight into running and growing a successful business. As a member of the Management Team, I help guide the future of the business by sponsoring the yearly goals and initiatives that make the company successful. Working for a Product-based company has allowed me to gain experience and knowledge in all facets of the product life cycle. My support role included everything from working with customers, Product QA, Development, Documentation and Training. I've developed XML tools that are used in the E-discovery product and HTML based help for all products. I was the Web master of the corporate website and handled all development of the site. I have thorough knowledge in HTML, CSS JavaScript I'm the Administrator for our Messaging Environment including Lotus Notes Domino, Traveler, Sametime, Quickr and Blackberry Enterprise servers. Im a technical writer with several technical papers and web articles to my credit and have spoken at many conferences. Inline Hockey Drills I am the owner of a hockey coaching website (httpwww.inlinehockeydrills.com). As a Coach and Board Member of a local inline hockey association, I share my tips, drills and experiences as a way to provide resources to inlineroller hockey coaches around the world. I provide all web design, development and graphic work for the site as well as all Marketing services.
