David is an attorney at The Gallagher Law Firm, PLC in Lansing, Michigan. He focuses his practice on business (including nonprofits), banking, and real estate law. David joined The Gallagher Law Firm after graduating magna cum laude from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School. While in law school David participated in Law Review, Moot Court, the Federalist Society, the Nonprofit Incorporation Project, and the Estate Planning Clinic. He also He received numerous awards and honors including several Certificates of Merit (i.e. Book Awards) and was named on the Deans list and Honor Roll (every term). David earned his undergraduate degree from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Prior to attending law school, David served as the Communications Director for a large Michigan based nonprofit organization. David is licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan.
