I am a senior network engineer, highly specialized in network hardware and software support among Unix, Microsoft, and Novell foundations that gained experience from startups in the "Dot Com" days. My hardware expertise has been with Cisco, Nortel, and 3Com systems, as well as older Avaya and POTS PBX systems, including military switching systems in the 1990s. Experience in the US Army as a Paratrooper with the 82d Airborne Division has taught me philosophies of operation that are based upon the best technology at lowest overall cost.
