Maria E. Mejia has over years of full-time experience as an information technology (IT) professional and years of management experience within higher education. She is a results-driven, experienced technologist seeking opportunities to transition into a formal instructional design role within the healthcare industry utilizing her client engagement and project management skillset. Her specialization is technology planning, project management, and team accountability. She has consulted for a wide range of organizations, primarily non-profits and small businesses. Maria has played multiple roles including engineer, mentor, and team lead. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Urban Studies from Barnard College and is currently working towards her Master's in Cinema Studies Interactive Media at Penn.
