I am a graduate of the Fogelman College of Business and Economics at the University of Memphis with a BBA in Marketing Management and a minor concentration in Graphic Design. I currently work as a Project Manager at Pleth, LLC. We are a full service marketing firm in Jonesboro, AR. As a Project Manager, I coordinate tasks from project initiation to project closure from design to development from our team in Jonesboro to teams in Peru, UK, and India. I handle all client communication for each project and all process documentation. I strive to provide my clients with exceptional service and products through open communication and creativity. I previously worked as Inventory Control Manager for Network Services at the University of Memphis supervisor for Greenway Recover and Recycle a Material Handler for Federal Express and an Assistant Manager at RNR Wheels and Tires. I use the training I have received in data entry, supply chain management, business communication, social media marketing strategy, and many more courses. I also completed an internship with FedEx Services in the Communication and Social Media department. I contributed to the design and launch of the Purple Hub FedExs innovative social intranet, as well as fine tuned my customer service and problem resolution skills in the Purple Hub Help Center.
